Sometime a tiny fly upsets you a lot. Picture! You are reading an attention-grabbing book or putting all in to your PC, but you can’t concentrate because of a little fly, which is disrupting you again and again, sometime he parks himself on your nose, sometimes on your eyebrow, you chuck him out over and over but he is not going to leave you steady. It’s common that you become irritated and would like to kill him by grabbing him with swift attack. But you stay abortive. You become extremely distressed, your frame of mind turns out to be rotten and you are not able to do something. All this happens whenever you loose temper. I have come to know after a long meditation that the,
“Temperament is inversely proportional to the tension of muscles”
Whenever you slack your temper your muscles grow to be taut and you are not able to perform a little constructive, since you are annoyed or terrified or excited, in contrast whenever you free your muscles automatically your temper develops into tight. A strong temper leads you towards the success; conversely a loosed temper carries you towards the disappointment and misery. My formula can be experienced, even in the course of very hard situations. I ensure, you will find it hundred percent true. I suggest, sorry to say, if you are going to be submerged into some bottomless water in the course of swimming in a pond or stream. You should free all of your muscles intentionally, and surly you will not sink more, because every human has the skill to swim by nature, but we die often during an unexpected slip into deep water and start hasty and fluttery movements due to the fear of death. Our feet can’t touch the bottom and we flap our hands and cycle our legs hastily and we go down and down into the deep water. Thus, as a result of our haste we make waste our lives.
Commonly say; practice makes the man perfect but I say “Crises make the man perfect”
When I suspect something, I never ever forget to construe further happenings. It has been cropping up to me throughout the life that the parents of my students inquire fretfully for their broods that they are going to be defiant and rebellious to them on account of my teaching, consequently I would think for my part in the vein of Socrates because he was also blamed for that like me.
Plato wrote in his dialogues: “"Socrates is guilty of corrupting the minds of the young” (Plato 3)
But whenever I reflect the end of Socrates I turn out to be frightened of toxic decease. For this reason I plan to figure out my predicament for myself. Sometimes people appreciate me for my extraordinary intelligence and ask me why I am so wise? I reply them with a flying smile, and molded mouth, with the reference of great sociologist Susan Stebbing 1. I repeat his quote in front of them, which I got from the book of a Muslim Scholar, Parvez.
“Our sensations are same as we are” (Parvez 130)
Sometimes people ask me for their tribulations to solve them. I say them I can resolve the problems in seconds, because I never keep my eyes on problems I always concentrate on their solutions.
1. L Susan Stebbing, Famous Sociologist, “Ideals and Illusions” is his celebrated work.
“Keep your eyes on solutions instead of Problems” (Sajj Keynote Address)
Let me to script a solution for such a problem which is apparently unsolvable. Suppose you are Socrates like teacher of the nation in your own point of view and some father of your student has come to you and shouted:
“Good evening Mr. Tribeless! Please tell me what the hell is going on? My son is advising me to give up fibs?? ”
What will you do?
I suggest. You should follow the following steps:
Bring your brain before your tongue and don’t speak until your blood pressure comes normal.
Keep your mouth shut up and offer him a chair to sit.
Call some cold drinks for him; mold your mouth to make a professional smile for a while, not so long, not so short.
After pasting a smile onto him, speak very gently and use very sweet words.
Tell him that you are a teacher of his children.
Remind him that his boy is very intelligent and outstanding in class.
Tell him that his son has a lot of potential within him and his son must be a leading person of his field.
Tell him the duty of a teacher that he is bounded to teach good things to his pupils not to bad.
Tell him that society becomes more pretty if you are more perfect in common human values such as speaking truth, being honest and sincere to all.
Tell him that his son will become a big and respected human one day if he keeps his good habits continued throughout the life.
Obviously he well calm down, may be he appreciate you for such things and encourage you for your job. In fact, I have come to know the main point. People don’t want to quarrel with you. They need some sweet words to listen, because they find everywhere, an environment of abhorrence. I always bring into play these techniques to solve my troubles, so I never face the plights. I obtained this experience after making a lot of mistakes throughout my life.
On one occasion, I coped with a lot of quandary and now I think there was a miracle, happed to me, that day. One thing is to be talked about; some people believe that future blindness is the great blessing of God. I don’t think so.
On that occasion I was enormously mystified first time in life. As I am recalling the state for this essay, I am going to be unpleased. However; I mention the event now. I was invited in a high school as a chief guest. I selected my dress by squandering a long time, Powder blue dress pants, dark shirt with white stripes, matching blue sophisticated dress coat, matching blue necktie, black shining shoes, golden wrist watch, Raybine glasses and mat laminated red dairy. When I arrived at the place of ceremony, my hosts were staying there for me. They were parked over outside the gate, holding flower bouquets in their hands. I was received warmly. At the end of reception, I was brought to the stage. Guys, along with their parents, were sitting in front of me. The announcer inaugurated the ceremony with anthem of the country, as the anthem was started my stomach bawled first time. There was something wrong with my digestive system. I became nervous because of that circumstance. What will transpire if I necessitate a wash room during the ceremony?
I recalled my intelligence repeatedly, where was the mistake, because I was very much alert of such things like eating or overseeing myself for meetings. I never ever eat unsafe things especially before such type of gatherings. I shook up my memory but there was no bungle. I had nothing that day; I just imbibed an apple juice glass.
All of my theories of controlling temperament were going to be proved substandard. It was very dreadful situation for me. I put out of my mind the ceremony and started thinking about the solution of my trouble because I was habitual to keep my eyes on solutions instead of problems. But there was no idea coming into my mind.
The announcer was inviting people for orations one after the other, Speakers were articulating, audience was clapping, but I was listening nothing. I was just hearing them. The situation was very unkind, because the principal of the school was sitting beside me on the same sofa. And all the people were looking at me endlessly without any reason due to my special personality being a chief guest.
I was completely out of my depth. I wished to be disappeared from the stage. I wished the lamp of “ala din” but nothing was happening to me. No incident, no serendipity. All at once I saw little guy, he was gazing into my eyes as he would know the situation. I kept my eyes onto him, and stretched my lips in X axis to make an artificial smile.
I tried to recall the philosophies of courage and braveness to face this hard and difficult moment. I reminded myself that I am unique, exclusive and only one of my kind. I encouraged myself to get control over my mind, ignore all aches and believe that I can do such things that could not be done by people. I told myself that I am the only being who has such “an overwhelming charge able to beat down every resistance and clear the most formidable obstacles, perhaps even death”. Because I believe in “Henri Bergson's Creative Evolution” as he wrote:
“So all organized beings, from the humblest to the highest, from the first origins of life to the time in which we are, and in all places as in all times, do but evidence a single impulsion, the inverse of the movement of matter, and in itself indivisible. All the living hold together, and all yield to the same tremendous push. The animal takes its stand on the plant, man bestrides animality, and the whole of humanity, in space and in time, is one immense army galloping beside and before and behind each of us in an overwhelming charge able to beat down every resistance and clear the most formidable obstacles, perhaps even death” (Bergson 271)
Abruptly I heard, my name was being announced for speech. I was near to die because of my abdomen’s pain. I was in extreme need of wash room. But there was no way in front of me to do so.
Out of the blue I got an idea; certainly that was a miracle for me. I stood up and sauntered to the podium; I interrupt the announcer because he was still acknowledging me for my services for nation and education. With excuses, I snatched the microphone; everyone in the function was surprised because of my step. Even the principal of school became extremely depressed due to my action. He was getting ready to say me something. I began to speak. I said:
“Excuse me dear students, dear parents and all guests! I want to say something, right away without delay, not a single moment latter”
There was a pause on people. Guys were excited to listen to me. I said:
“Einstein says in one of his sayings”,
“Equations are more important to me, because politics is for the present, but an equation is something for eternity” (Einstein Encarta)
Dear students, actually Einstein told this, for the equations of Mathematics but I am stricken by an equation of chemistry since I occupied the seat on this stage. I thought, I never make a mistake in eating, especially when I am invited in some party I, by no means, forget to keep me up in all matters, I mean dress, health, mood, situations and all other aspects that are necessary for a guest of such a function. But to day I am coping with some trouble with my digestive system. I have just taken a glass of apple juice since morning. But now, regardless of my all cares and forethoughts, I have problem. It is called fate. So with extreme excuses I want to get permission to exit for wash room.
And there was a chortle with applause from audience. Mr. Principal was also clapping for me. My style of talking was bold and humorous. All of the audience took pleasure in my style and granted me the okay to straighten out myself.
